PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. During this time, your order is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packaged with our signature luxury presentation.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During sales, holidays, new launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your luxury experience with care.


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has shipped, Standard Shipping delivery estimates are 3–5 business days.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unique Ambition Hair Supply is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.

• Incomplete delivery information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
